Tomorrow!

It's hard to believe, even for me, but we leave for our adventure tomorrow morning! At 6 am we begin a long stretch of travel with even longer layovers and will end up in London on Tuesday night. The layovers are actually a blessing because we will be able to add two cities to our list: Boston, MA and Lisbon, Portugal. Hopefully the flying and time change, as well as the airline security workers strike, won't diminish our spirits too much and stop us from seeing the outside of the Lisbon airport.

Spending time with our families over the past month has been awesome. I had not been in Fairfield for that amount of time since before I started working at Epic. Our parents care about us more than anything and we are going to do our best not to worry them on our travels. Even though the cities were familiar, we did our best to check out the new and exciting things our hometowns had to offer.

Today, we are gathering with as many mothers as will fit into the Berryman house for Mother's Day (and my birthday), but tomorrow morning we begin the most adventurous journey of my life so far. I'm excited to take on a new continent full of new languages, new cities, and new people. See you in Europe!
